Members are supposed to listen to the arguments being put forth by their colleagues. When they stand up to speak, hon. Members are supposed to respond to those arguments, either in favour of, or against them. Apparently, we are not listening. So, in the end, we will breach the Standing Orders by repeating what other hon. Members have already said. I will be very vigilant on the rule of tedious repetition.
