    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the two suspects who were initially arrested were Mr. Ngua Kajimbi and Ali Simba. The police could not find further evidence, to link them to the crime of murder. We only effect arrest and charge, if there is sufficient evidence to sustain a charge of murder. I appreciate that there could have been a land dispute. I would appeal to the hon. Member that all those people who seem to have some evidence to link anybody to the murder, even if it is circumstantial evidence, will be most welcome to record statements. So far, we have received six statements but they are not enough to sustain a charge of murder. The file is open for further evidence."
