    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, as the Minister has indicated, there are several crops which fall under contract farming. But people who did not contract the farmers, and those who did, have fought several battles and engaged in tugs-of-war over some crops. A good example is tobacco where there is a tug of war between Mastermind and British American Tobacco (BAT). BAT buys tobacco from farmers contracted by Mastermind and vice-versa. What action can the Government take against BAT if it buys tobacco from farmers contracted by Mastermind and vice- versa? That is what I wanted the Minister to clarify to."
