    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, I beg to reply. (a) I am aware that treatment facilities at the Butere/Mumias District Hospital are inadequate and cannot cope with the demand for services. (b) My Ministry has allocated Kshs6 million during this financial year towards completing the on-going projects. These projects are X-ray Department, operating theatre and a 36-bed ward for inpatient services. This will enable the facility to offer services commensurate to the district hospital status."
