"content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. One of the problems we have with the Ministry of Health is lack of political will. One of the biggest problems is that the people who are meant to make decisions have an interest in the private sector in as far as provision of health services is concerned. This includes the Assistant Minister.
