    "content": "Mr. Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, the Third Schedule of the Bill be amended- (a) in paragraph (5) by deleting the words “and Deputy Inspectors-General” (b) in paragraph (8) by deleting the words “and Deputy Inspectors-General” Mr. Chairman, Sir, the justification for this is that the amendment seeks to exempt the two Deputy Inspector-Generals from parliamentary approval to their appointment as earlier approved."
