Members, including Prof. Anyang'-Nyong'o, are failing to see the difference between \"termination\" and \"suspension\"; very simple English words. If we were talking about \"termination,\" we would be applying the provisions of the Central Bank of Kenya Act. Here, we are talking about \"suspension\" which could as well have been done from an administrative perspective. On all the other allegations that have been made here, I find no substance in them."
