    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, on behalf of the Committee, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 3 be amended by deleting sub-clause (2) and substituting therefor the following new sub-clause— “(2) The Commission shall be the successor to the Public Complaints Standing Committee existing immediately before the coming into force of this Act”. The justification of course is that there has been a Public Complaints Standing Committee of which this will be the successor."
