    "content": " Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I would like to commend and support the President's Speech. The President said that we should work together. He also observed that we have been very slow in the past. We spend a lot of time doing other things, rather than passing Bills. In that spirit, when we debated the appointment of Members to the House Business Committee (HBC) the following day, I decided not to waste more time. I gave up my slot. But, I was shocked to hear from some hon. Members that I betrayed the trust that the House had bestowed on me."
