    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I wish to seek a Ministerial Statement from the Minister in charge of Internal Security. I do not know what is in the air because there are so many women and young kids who are being raped. I am referring to the incident which happened over the weekend at Kangubiri Secondary School, where children were attacked and some of them were raped. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the school environment is supposed to be safe and secure for our children. I would like to be given a Ministerial Statement from the Minister in charge of Internal Security in consultation with the Ministry of Education. They should tell us what exactly happened in that school. They should also give us the strategies they are putting in place to ensure that our girls in school everywhere in this Republic are actually safe and secure."
