    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I cannot respond to that. There is also the issue of the new Constitution. I do not support the Kiplagat Committee. It is a waste of taxpayers money and time and we should not allow, as a country, to be taken round in circles. Their recommendations will be brought to this House and we will still defeat the Banana side.
