This is an opportunity when the Head of State outlines the agenda that he has for the country and what he intends us to do as Parliament. It is also an opportunity for those on the other side of the House and those who want to replace him at State House, to come to this House and give us an alternative view as to what should be done and not just come here and oppose for the sake of opposing.
