Would a Committee be breaching any rule by saying that Mr. \"X\" attended or did not attend the Committee? Is it any mention of anything that constitutes a breach of the House rules? The Chair should guide this House and hon. Members of the Committees on that issue. Secondly, today, we are talking about opening the deliberations of the House to the media. I plead with you, Mr. Speaker, Sir, to also consider convening a meeting of the Standing Orders Committee, so that some of these Standing Orders can be re-looked at."
