THAT, in view of the fact that natural calamities always cause extensive damage to several schools, and the Government has not put in place a system to March 29, 2006 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES 185 cater for such disasters, this House urges the Government to establish a Schools Disaster Management Fund to be used for repairs and reconstruction of schools in case of such calamities. ESTABLISHMENT OF COMREHENSIVE TRANSPORT POLICY"
