    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, on behalf of the Committee, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 11 be amended— (a) in sub-clause (2) by deleting paragraph (f). (b) in sub-clause (5), by deleting the word “eight” appearing immediately after the words “chairperson and” and substituting therefor the word “five”; (c) in sub-clause (6), by deleting the word “four” and substituting therefor the word “two”. The reason of course is to align clause with the new numbers of commissioners that we have therefore recommended in terms of who the President will be giving for final consideration."
