The issues of the Eldoret Airport and the Presidential Jet which were unconstitutional expenditures during the Financial Year 1994/1995, were never resolved. I am sure even to date, they have never been resolved. They are still raised as audit queries year in, year out. So, if we misappropriate public funds, that issue cannot end there because we have the numbers to kill a resolution of the House."
