They come to the House, and the House is constituted in the following manner: Government - 200 Members and the Opposition 12 members - because that is what our number is. The Government of the day is so minded that every time there maybe one paragraph that is critical of the Government, and it must throw out all the reports of the Committee. Are you saying 100 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES March 28, 2006 then that even with the glaring questions from the Controller and Auditor-General, the House would never raise a query? Is that your position?"
