But as far as the House is concerned, the decision of the House would stand. I am not suggesting that we should not debate this Report. All that I am suggesting is that they should follow the law. Let them bring a Motion first to rescind the decision of this House so that this matter can be reconsidered. I would like to draw your attention to Standing Order No. 73(2) on page 30---"
