    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, this Question was directed to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and a part of it may very well be rightly for this Ministry. There are several other Questions that relate to security and we have written to your office through the office of the Clerk of the National Assembly to request that, for purposes of harmony and proper co-ordination, if this Question can be answered by the Office of the President, which has a majority of the answers for the other sections of the Question. Mr. Speaker, Sir, we, therefore, request this House to allow this Question to be deferred to Thursday afternoon, when we shall have finished the co-ordination. Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir."
