    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the cause of dysentery outbreak is mainly due to poor sanitation and majorly because of lack of water supply. Bearing in mind that the outbreak is in a big area which has about six schools hosting more than 130 students, I think what must be looked at first is the condition of the water supply in the area and sanitation in general. Has the Ministry March 28, 2006 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES 107 put up in place an effective water supply? If it has not, then the outbreak will still continue. Has the Ministry thought of coming up with any solutions with regard to the water supply and sanitation, in general, in the area?"
