    "content": "Order! I will not do what is not my business. A breach of the Constitution can only be declared by a constitutional court and not by me. It does not matter what views I have. It will not be legal for me to do that. I may have some misgivings about this, but that is all it is. The Minister for Justice and Constitutional Affairs, why has this case been going on forever? Justice delayed is justice denied. I will ask that all parties concerned go and sort out this issue. I cannot make a decision on a case pending in court."
