    "content": "I agree with you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I am not speaking for the Government. I am an hon. Member of this House and I do not have to agree with what is said on this side of the House or the other side. I agree with myself and I am speaking for myself. The onus is on the Whips. Mr. Muturi did not even finish the discussion he had with Mr. N. Nyagah. If we are going by mathematics, let us share the slots on the basis of percentages of the party formulation. If we share these slots in this manner, this afternoon we cannot rule out the possibility of one party moving from one side of the House to the other and forth tomorrow. This will create confusion in this House and this country."
