    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, this was a learning experience for all of us in very tragic circumstances. The agencies of the Government have learnt. I can assure the Member that my office is involved alongside other arms of the Government, in preparing to ensure that we will have free and fair elections, we will have the security that is required and an outcome that the people of Kenya will accept. We, probably, may never be able totally to eliminate criminal action, criminals will be apprehended, prosecuted and the law will take its course."
