    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I did not hear the Minister emphasize much on the dykes with regard to the Budalangi area. The Government had put up dykes and there was a request for maintenance of these dykes. I do not know what the Government is doing about the dykes in Budalangi and also the children and women who are affected. When we visited Budalangi they were in bad state. The food being supplied was not conducive for little children. They needed Unimix or something softer than just the maize and beans being supplied. Is there some special attention to the children in the affected areas?"
