    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I want to join my colleagues in asking the Minister to kindly look into the perennial problem of flooding in a more serious sense. Could she assure this House that the Government will put more dykes to mitigate the floods that occur year in, year out, in these areas? It is a pity that these people construct houses every year and they are swept away. I believe she will be visiting Karachuonyo where over 9,000 families were affected."
