    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I would also wish to take this opportunity to condemn in the very strongest terms the culture of political violence which appears to be taking some kind of pattern. It appears that there are sacred cows in this case and those who have been apprehended are basically small people. Could the Assistant Minister confirm to the House that the sacred cows who have not been arrested in this case are going to be arrested? Unless these big shots are apprehended, we are going into an election year and we shall be giving them the leeway to proceed to use the small people to perpetuate the culture of political violence. Assistant Minister, please, clarify that."
