    "content": "He did commend the House because of the fact that we have managed to meet the deadlines for Constitutional Bills. It is also obvious from the Constitution that there are some legislations on the land chapter, that is Article 68, Devolved Government, the whole of Chapter 11, and also the removal of County Governor, those legislations have 18 months the deadline which is supposed to be 27th of February, 2012. Could we get an indication and an assurance from the Leader of Government business that this House will be meeting in good time to pass these legislations to avoid the last minute rush that we saw last time?"
