    "content": "It is wrong for a Permanent Secretary to indicate that Members of Parliament can interfere with the Finance Bill. I hope that the Executive should be reminded that this House legislates. We do not interfere with any Bill but we legislate. It disturbs me whether whatever is happening has something to do with this letter."
