    "content": "The Committee having considered the curriculum vitae of all the applicants, made the following recommendations. The Committee deliberated on the nominees to the EACC and noted the following: That the nominees lack the passion, initiative and the drive to lead the fight against corruption in this country. We are relating this conclusion based on where we are coming from and where we are anticipating to go. The new EACC is anticipated to take the struggle against corruption in this country to where the new Constitution anticipates that it is going to be taken; to a new level."
