    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I am a Member of this Committee that has been troubled for many months, and it was not easy for this Committee to come together. It was not easy for this Committee to agree. We took our time and executed our mandate in vetting these candidates, particularly who is to become the Chairman of Ethics and Anti Corruption Commission. By so doing, our mandate was guided by the provisions of the law, particularly Section 5 of the Ethics and Anti Corruption Commission. That particular section requires that a person shall be qualified to be appointed the chairperson, if that person meets the requirements of Chapter 6 of the Constitution. Section 6 of the same Act provides also that members must meet the requirements of Chapter 6 of the Constitution. What does Chapter 6 of the Constitution require of these candidates?"
