    "content": "We have had many reports on this Floor. As I said before, the best way to go is to have the best candidate at the right place. I know we have the issues of gender, regional balance and ethnicity. However, the issue of merit is given prominence in our Constitution. The fact that we had a better candidate than the person who has been nominated here allows me to support the position taken by this Committee. The requirements that the standards that have been used by those who have been nominated before be brought to the House, so that we remain informed, is a necessary requirement."
