I was in the minority but I did not shy away from discharging that responsibility and I am not going to shy away that I am not satisfied. That is what the Committee has been asked to do. It has been asked: “Are you satisfied? Have you looked at these people and interviewed them?” If you are satisfied, tell the House: “We think that they are suitable.” If the House agrees with us, fair enough!
