The reason why I am doing that is that many things have been said here but I want to show the Chair the minutes that were drafted and signed by the Chair of the Committee. Page two of the minutes of the Committee, and I want the Chairman to listen to this, the Chairman and Members have given reasons why the two nominees have been rejected but for Mr. Matemu, there is no reason that has been given.
