"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, as the Member of Parliament for Kisumu Town West, I want to be understood very clearly by the Minister. I am not advocating for any substandard cleanliness and gardening in Kisumu Airport. It has to be of the greatest standards. However, there was a plea that was made by hon. Midiwo that was very sensible and the Minister has completely ignored it. Could he kindly tell the House how long this tender will run? Could he also tell the House that he will ensure that these contractors who have tendered for the jobs they are performing at the airport employ locals for Godâs sake?"
