It reads as follows:- (a) Under what circumstances was Mr. Clement Atiang Opiyo, a former teacher and a husband to the Chief of Agoro West Location in Nyakach, killed at his home on or about 23/11/2011? (b) Have any suspect(s) been arrested in relation with the murder and, if not, why? (c) What measures has the Minister taken to ensure that security is enhanced in the location and its environs?"
