"content": " Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to thank hon. Litole for clarifying this matter. I mentioned that this is an issue of balancing between the measures to be put in place and ensuring that we are not seen to be harassing people. Regarding Parliamentary stickers, I would like to urge hon. Members to get them. This is because any vehicle coming to Parliament, whether it has a Member of Parliament in it or not, does not mean that the Member of Parliament is coming in voluntarily. He could be used as a decoy. I think it is important that we get the official stickers. We also subject ourselves to this security measures for the security of each one of us. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, in terms of the members of the Christian faith who will be attending church services over Christmas and the other days, the administration is aware that those festivities will be taking place and measures will be put in place to ensure that there is law, order and security for the worshippers as they enjoy their Christmas. Indeed, the security will be provided for all the revelers who will also be going to enjoy at the various spots during the Christmas and New Year festivities. I would just like to tell them to be on the watchout and to ensure that they do not drink and drive."
