    "content": "The returns now received indicate that the following four Bills were presented by the Attorney-General to His Excellency the President for assent and were duly assented to on 2nd December, 2011, at 2.00 p.m. The Bills are:- 1. The National Construction Authority Bill, 2011, which was passed by the National Assembly on 18th October, 2011; 2. The National Payment System Bill, 2011, which was passed by the National Assembly on 3rd November, 2011; 3. The Capital Markets (Amendment) Bill, 2011, which was passed by the National Assembly on 9th November, 2011; and, 4. The Central Depositories (Amendment) Bill, 2011, which was also passed by the National Assembly on 9th November, 2011."
