    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, what the Assistant Minister has said is true to a large extent. Yes, we did visit the farm and he has said that the deadline was 2nd of December, 2011, which you realize is like 18 days ago. So, really, the notices were expiring on 2nd December. I imagine that action should have been taken by today. Could he give a firm undertaking to the House that these demolitions--- The underlying thing here is not demolitions. The Assistant Minister must understand that we are allowing illegal constructions. The issue is not really demolitions. It is that the Ministry must undertake to ensure that there are no illegal constructions on the farm, so that Kenyans do not lose their homes as was the case last week. Could he give an undertaking as to when the demolitions will stop? I want to know if the Assistant Minister will be able to undertake that these things will not continue happening."
