    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, on collective responsibility basis, as a Ministry, where there has been a requirement that we communicate and collaborate with the Ministry of Lands, particularly in cases of land that is allocated for purposes of business within the local authorities, we forward them to the Ministry of Lands. If all the requirements are met, the title deeds are normally issued. We are not holding any leasehold within our Ministry that is required to have been forwarded for the purposes of issuance of titles. We do that expeditiously and as quickly as possible. If any Member has issues that they would want us to assist on, we want to be an efficient Ministry to ensure that this happens in time."
