    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, it is unfortunate that when facilities are put up in a hospital, particularly by donors and CDF committees, they are not maintained by the Ministry concerned. We, the people of Ijara, are grateful that CDF has done a lot. What is the commitment of the Government, particularly this Ministry, in maintaining the structures that are put up by either CDF committees or other international donors who have supported this particular hospital?"
