Members, before we move to the next order, I would like to direct as follows: That after we finish order No.7, we will proceed to deal with Order Nos.10 and 11 before we go to Order No.9 so that after Order No.7, we dispose of Order No.8 and then we carry on to Order No.10 and then Order No.11. The reason for this is that business in Order Nos.10 and 11 pertain to matters related to the implementation of the Constitution and we are obligated to give them priority over other business. The rest of the business will follow in that sequence. This direction is given pursuant to the provisions of Standing Order No.36. So, please, note. Let us move on to the next Order!"
