    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. What I would like to request especially in relation to the ruling you have made about the document that has been tabled by hon. Khalwale is especially on documents that are not letters or reports or minutes that are signed. However, it is an agenda of a meeting. In the ordinary course of duty, agenda of meetings are not signed. Also, in legal parlance, we have something called taking judicial notice of a fact. If we all attended the meeting and we all know the agenda, will it be in order for the Speaker to take judicial notice of the fact, and especially if we can prove we were there and that was the agenda of the meeting?"
