There is a fine distinction here between the current Constitution that we now practise and the old Constitution which, to some extent, is still continuing in certain cases. The definition of “Executive” and “Legislature” is not as clear as I hear the hon. Members speak about it every day. This is because we are both Members of the Legislature and at the same time members of the Executive. In fact, it is because of that confusion that we went for this kind of Constitution so that we separate it clearly, but we have not reached there."
