    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. The issue that hon. Oyongo Nyamweya raised did not have anything to do with validity or admissibility of the document, or whether or not the sum that is claimed to have been collected was collected. If I understood Mr. Baiya correctly, this candidate admitted that, indeed, the money was not collected. That was the issue. The other point I wanted to raise is that if there is need to get details, annexure and copies of documents, then these are available, not in the Report, but in the HANSARD proceedings of the Committee. They are available."
