However, the basic message is this: I was trying to urge this House to bear in mind that the EACC is a key pillar in the new structure. If we miss it, then the whole delivery in terms of the new dispensation and the new Constitution will not succeed. Let us also give the incoming executive president the legal framework and policy to deliver.
