However, I would like the Assistant Minister for Roads to explain why the road from Homa Bay to Mbita is taking unduly long? Could he tell us whether the road will suffer the same fate or not? Why is that road taking so long to complete? We know that the contractors are working but it is taking unduly long. The roads in Nairobi are being done much faster. What is the reason for taking long to complete roads in that area?"
