    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I support. Members need to ask themselves what the effect of rejecting the Procedural Motion is. If, indeed, we are talking about spending public money in the right way because we are all earning salaries, the effect is very simple. We will, basically, have no business to transact this morning. If, indeed, the Members who are opposing are genuine, they should first understand the consequences of opposing the Motion, which is very simple. We will be idle taking tea at the lounge, at the expense of the taxpayers’ money because we will not go to Motion No.9. I plead with hon. Members that it is one thing to oppose the Motion for Adjournment and another thing to oppose the Procedural Motion. For the sake of utilizing the taxpayers’ money, let us support this Motion. When it comes to the Motion for Adjournment, that will be a different matter altogether! With those few remarks, I beg to support."
