    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I also want to add my voice to the Petition by Dr. Eseli. I want to urge the Government that even as it tries to bring facilities or services to the people, there is need for consultation. We should be consulting the residents of places where we want to put up those facilities. The other day, I had an issue with the Ministry of Forestry and Wildlife where they decided to extend the forest cover in my constituency and increase it by over 2,000 hectares. That was going to disadvantage thousands of families. So I think it is important that the Government, as it attempts to bring services, also consider people’s views."
