"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I want to be very optimistic and wait for the end of next week to see the advertisement because the people of Mosop have been waiting and we hope that the legacy of His Excellency the President, as promised will actually take place. As indicated, the road is completely impassable as we speak today and the Assistant Minister has indicated that they have awarded a tender of Kshs10 million for repairs. How can he communicate to the people so that they are aware that there is such information, and more importantly, could he confirm that that money is available and immediately the rains subside work on the road will start?"
