    "content": "On 13th August, 2011, the police with the assistance of the local Member of Parliament, hon. Wilbur Otichilo, mounted an operation to raid the market of the mentally ill persons. Five of them were arrested and their relatives traced. They were all handed over to them and they promised to take them for treatment. There has never been any other violent attack by a mentally ill person before."
